Remember what worked
Keep player feedback connected to the exact frame and setup. RI brings recorded responses and repeat-setup preferences into view, so the next conversation starts with what the player actually told you.
RACQUET INTELLIGENCE (RI)
Your experience. A clearer picture.
Racquet Intelligence (RI) turns your setup history, player feedback, and shop activity into useful observations. Get to know your players and your business better with every recorded job.
See the rhythm of your shop
RI shows median turnaround across completed jobs, intervals between visits for the same frame, and string containers below your stock thresholds. Spot what deserves a closer look before planning the next day at the bench.
Every insight has a source
Open the records behind each RI observation to see its evidence and limits. Visit intervals describe calendar timing, and comfort feedback reflects the player’s experience. Your judgment guides the next setup.
